All projects are different and we prepare a bespoke fixed fee quotation after meeting you and understanding what the project will involve.
The fee quotation is based on our estimate of how long it will take to do the work and we prepare a resource schedule which tells you what has been allowed for. Sometimes this can change if project requirements evolve and we would let you know when the original fee is likely to be exceeded. For some more complex or commercial projects we fee on a % of the build cost but we’ll discuss this with at the fee stage.
We provide 2 options for an initial consultation. Home consultation or Video/phone consultation which, are currently offered Free of Charge.
